Pam Schroeder is a registered nurse in Colby, Kansas and another one of our dedicated students in the Saint Paul VI Institute Education Program. Working in medical-surgical and emergency care at Citizens Medical Center, Pam’s passion for the Creighton Model FertilityCare System ignited at Benedictine College in 2017.

A presentation by one of the Institute’s staff members first introduced Pam to the Creighton Model, which sparked curiosity that deepened after she became engaged in 2019. Charting revealed personal health issues, including endometriosis and PCOS, which Pam saw as a new method to help address unresolved problems for her patients. Having faced infertility for three years, Pam found hope through NaProTechnology and now shares that hope with her patients.

As a practitioner at the Northwest Kansas Natural Family Planning Center, Pam guides young women and engaged couples, many transitioning off birth control to address irregular or heavy cycles.

“Women are given false information, like birth control as the only fix,” she says.

By uncovering the root causes of health issues, she empowers clients to understand their bodies. Since starting in October, Pam has referred clients to medical consultants, eager to see their progress.

The Saint Paul VI Institute Education Program has been with Pam along this journey from curious nursing student to now a compassionate advocate. She has benefited from your generous gifts, helping to equip her to serve her community with science-backed, faith-aligned care. Join us in celebrating Pam and supporting our mission to train more like her, fostering life-affirming healthcare  for women everywhere.
